What size spaces qualify for the Remote Package?+
Spaces up to 150sqm. Larger spaces are quoted under our full-service offering.
Do I need to provide architectural drawings?+
Helpful but not required. We can work from accurate dimensioned sketches and clear photos.
What if I don't know what style I want?+
That is what stage four is for. We present three distinct directions and you respond. Most clients arrive without certainty ; they leave it with us.
How do I receive my sourcing guide?+
As a structured PDF and a live document with supplier contacts, prices, and lead times for your specific market.
Can I request revisions?+
Two rounds of refinement are included after the concept presentation.
What happens if items in the sourcing guide aren't available in my city?+
We specify in-market alternatives wherever possible. If a substitute is needed mid-procurement, we provide it without additional fee.
Is the Remote Package available outside Africa?+
Yes ; though our material knowledge is deepest globally.
